Buffering Fix

There is nothing more frustrating than getting to the climax of a movie only for the video to start buffering. While YouCine is optimized for smooth playback, internet fluctuations and device issues can sometimes cause lag. Here is how to fix it.

1. Check Your Internet Speed

For 1080p streaming, you need at least 5 Mbps. For 4K streaming, aim for 25 Mbps or higher. Run a quick speed test on your device to ensure you meet these requirements.

2. Clear App Cache

Over time, the YouCine app collects cache data which can slow it down. Go to your Android Settings > Apps > YouCine > Storage, and tap "Clear Cache". Do not click "Clear Data" unless you want to log out.

3. Change the Streaming Server

YouCine often provides multiple server options for a single movie. If Server 1 is buffering, pause the video, click the server icon, and switch to Server 2 or 3.

By following these steps, you should be able to eliminate 99% of buffering issues and enjoy seamless entertainment.
